Hello,
here somebody (probably sitting in Germany) seems to mark coins and bring them back into circulation. He or she would like to track the path of the coin which way they took. This makes me suspect that the person could be a collector who reads on Internet pages for following the path of the coin . Why Germany? In German numismatik forum we have many posts like this few month ago.
