Netherlands 2014 unc set with our new King Willem-Alexander

Today was the official start of the mintage of the Dutch 2014 coinage. The Dutch second series with the image of King Willem-Alexander. See this link for a few photo's that were taken at the event.

According to the newspapers the new coinage will be available in circulation tomorrow (January 23rd).

I just saw this news article (in dutch, translated).

The second 2€CC of Netherlands 2013 celebrating 200 Years kingdom of The Netherlands, will be presented and issued on October 8th. The design of the coin is presented on the same day.

When I read the wikipedia page about Latvia and the euro it states that the coins for Latvia will be minted in the Baden-Württemberg Mint. However, there are two Mints in Baden-Württemberg: in Karlsruhe (G) and in Stuttgart (F). Does this mean that the Latvian coins will have possibly two mintmarks?
